Obscura

Obscura is not a separate realm, but a hidden structure that exists alongside the human world. It is governed by supernatural laws, ancient agreements, and systems designed to preserve secrecy above all else.

Most humans live their lives unaware of Obscura—not because it is distant, but because it is deliberately obscured. Those who belong to it understand that visibility is dangerous, and that power survives through restraint as often as force.

Obscura is not uniform. It presses closer in some places than others.

Cities

Certain cities act as pressure points—locations where supernatural presence is dense enough to strain concealment.

Blackpoint is one such city.

It is not ruled by a single authority, but managed through fragile balances between factions, territories, and unspoken rules. Power gathers here because it can. Secrets linger because they must.

Other cities exist where Obscura is louder, sharper, or less concerned with concealment. Some refine the illusion. Others barely bother with it at all.

Sanctioned Locations

These locations are not neutral.
They are sanctioned.

Heathen’s Corner is one such place. Violence is not forbidden here—but it is noticed. Actions carry weight, and consequences are rarely immediate, but never forgotten.

The Shadowglass

Supernaturals
